Start by peeling the prawns. Pour some bell pepper coulis into a glass, cube the feta cheese and arrange it on top of the coulis. Place the almond things in the oven for 1 to 2 minutes at 180°C and then cut out a circle. Garnish the verrine with fresh prawns and the Almond thin circle.
