Make a marinade of olive oil, paprika, salt and curry powder. Place the peeled prawns in the marinade. Make a second marinade of olive oil, salt, lime vinegar and soy sauce. Cut the vegetables and marinate them in the second marinade (except for the tomatoes and spring onions). Drain the vegetables and fry them briefly. Arrange the vegetables on the plate. Fry the prawns in butter, and in the meantime reduce the veal stock. Finish the stock with butter and the frying fat from the prawns. Place the prawns on the plate and finish with the sauce. Crumble and sprinkle the Butter Waffles over the dish. Finish with some finely cut spring onions.
