Virtuoso, mango, black tea and Greek yoghurt

Cube the mango (about 16 cubes) and mix the remaining mango until you obtain a puree. Place the mango cubes in the warm black tea until the tea has cooled down. Trace a line of Greek yoghurt on the plate. Then arrange the mango cubes on the plate and add some of the puree. Garnish with the Virtuoso biscuit and some mint leaves.
