At Jules Destrooper we know that foodpairing involves much more than just matching ingredients. You can easily put together dishes with the foodpairing tool. You don't have to be a professional chef.
Register as a consumer or a company to take a tour of our visitor centre and participate in a foodpairing demo. During this demo our chef will prepare 5 appetisers with our biscuits. This is not a hands-on demo, but our chef will explain everything step by step and naturally you also get to taste the results.

Book a workshop and learn how to cook with Jules Destrooper biscuits. Participants are served a glass of cava after which they set to work with our chef. Afterwards, they taste the various dishes, which are served with a nice glass of wine.
Jules’ Atelier - Work alongside our chef to create a whole menu from aperitif snacks to desserts (€ 55.00 pp). Workshops are arranged for groups of 10 or more. Individual registration is also possible. (€ 55.00 pp) (> pp)
